- Raw Apple Cider Healthy Tonic
- ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 ounces of water
I suggest drinking this tonic one times a day and working up to two or three depending on your health issues. It can be a very powerful tonic. Drink this tonic 15 minutes away from food.
